Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, oat flour, plain yogurt, egg, and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients together with a fork until a dough forms, adding a little more oat flour if necessary. If using, stir in the dried parsley.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes or simply form small balls if preferred.
- Place the cutouts or balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the treats from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
