Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana and peanut butter, mixing until smooth.
- Add the yogurt, egg, and olive oil to the banana-peanut butter mixture, stirring until well blended.
- Gradually add the whole wheat flour and oats to the mixture, mixing until a dough forms. If you're using cinnamon, add it now.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the treats are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove the treats from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
