  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Cookie cutters

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Use cookie cutters to cut the dough into shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the treats cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
