Method
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, applesauce, peanut butter, water, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. If using, fold in the brewer's yeast.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker with a small amount of oil, if needed.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker, filling it about halfway (the batter will expand).
- Close the waffle maker and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Carefully remove the waffles and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter until all waffles are cooked.

Storage & Reheating:
Store the waffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. To reheat, simply warm them in the microwave for a few seconds or let them thaw at room temperature. Variations:
