- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the oats and rolled oats. If using, sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir until you have a thick dough.
- Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface (you can use more oats or a dog-friendly flour). Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place the cutouts on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the treats from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
