Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt unsweetened, no artificial sweeteners
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter ensure no xylitol

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Blender or fork
  • 1 Ice cube tray or silicone mold
  • 1 Parchment paper (optional for easier removal)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. You can use a fork or a blender for this step.
  2. Add the plain yogurt and natural peanut butter to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mold, filling each section evenly.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer and allow the treats to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, if using an ice cube tray, you may want to run warm water over the bottom of the tray for easier removal. Pop out the treats and store them in an airtight container.
