Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken broth low sodium
  • 1/2 cup plain peanut butter no xylitol
  • 1/4 cup water as needed
  • 1 egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, chicken broth, peanut butter, and egg.
  3. Mix until well combined, adding water a tablespoon at a time if the dough is too dry.
  4. Flour a clean surface and roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool completely on a wire rack.

Storage & Reheating:
Store these biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, keep them in the refrigerator for up to a month.
